Provisional members are typically minors between the ages of 13-17. They can attend members’ meetings, serve in various capacities, receive biblical counseling, and receive church discipline (just like adult members) should they begin to live in unrepentant sin. In almost every respect they are full members of GCC; however because they are still under the care of their parents, the privileges of membership are subject to their parents' authority and guidance.
Since water baptism is mandated by Christ as the evidence of conversion (Matt. 28:19-20; see also Rom. 6:3-4; Col. 2:11-12), it is a requirement for joining Grace City Church. If you have any questions about baptism, please let us know during your interview.

The New Testament exhorts believers to financially support the local church where they receive care and training (e.g. Rom 12:13; 1 Cor 9:14; Gal 6:6; 1 Tim 5:17-18). While we desire the members of Grace City Church to rejoice in the privilege of sharing in God’s work here, we do recognize that certain seasons in life can prevent consistent financial investment in the local church.
Missional Communities are area-specific smaller group contexts where church members can grow as disciples of Jesus who live on mission to make disciples. We are prayerfully planning to resume Missional Communities in the new year.
